How to Submit a Price Match
Find a lower price on a comparable UV coated product from another online printer. Send us the competitor's website link or written quote, along with the product specifications: product type, quantity, paper stock, coating type (flood UV, spot UV, or matte lamination), size, print sides, and turnaround time.
Our team reviews the submission, verifies the competitor's offer against matching specifications, and responds within one business day. For UV coated products, we pay particular attention to the coating specification — flood UV on 16pt C2S is a different product than standard gloss on 14pt, and spot UV with a custom mask is a different process than flood UV on the same stock.

Qualification Criteria
Our guarantee applies to identical UV coated or spot UV products from legitimate online printing companies. The competing offer must match on all key specifications: same product type, same paper stock, same coating type and coverage, same quantity, same print sides, same size, and same or comparable turnaround time.
Coating type matters. Flood UV is not the same product as spot UV. Matte lamination with spot UV is not the same as flood UV. Gloss lamination is not UV coating. The comparison must be between the same finishing process — otherwise it is a different product.
What is not covered: promotional or coupon codes, clearance pricing, loyalty discounts, pricing errors, offers from printers that do not explicitly list UV coating as a specification, and quotes for standard gloss or lamination represented as UV coating.
