Who We Are
UV Coated Club Flyers is a specialty printing service operated by UV Coated Club Flyers, located at 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. We specialize in UV coated and spot UV printed materials. This policy covers how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information We Collect
When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses. Payment card information is processed by our secure payment provider — we do not store card numbers.
We collect the design files you upload, including spot UV mask layers. These files may contain proprietary brand assets and are treated with strict confidentiality. We also collect your order history and product preferences. Our website collects standard technical data through cookies: IP address, browser type, pages viewed.
How We Use Your Information
To produce and deliver your UV coated prints. Your files are used exclusively for order production. Contact information powers proof approvals, order confirmations, and shipping notifications.
We use data to improve our services, handle support requests, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Marketing emails are opt-in only. Each includes an unsubscribe link.
Anonymized usage data helps us optimize the ordering process. No individual customer is identifiable in this data.
AI Assistance in Support
We use an automated assistant, MrPrint, to help answer questions in chat and email. MrPrint tells you it is not a person at the start of every conversation. A team member reviews its replies and can take over at any time — ask for a person and you'll get one.
To do this, the content of your message, your name and email address, and the details of orders placed under your email address are sent to the AI providers we use to generate a reply. We limit what we send to these providers to what's needed to answer your question.
MrPrint can look up orders, turnaround, artwork status and pricing under the email address you contact us from. It cannot see or handle your card details, and it never will — payment always happens on a secure page hosted by our payment processor.
We keep chat transcripts for 13 months and support-agent activity logs for 24 months, then delete them. Transcripts attached to an order in dispute are kept until the dispute is closed.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information or your design files. Data is shared only with parties essential to fulfilling your order: shipping carriers for delivery, our payment processor for transactions, and hosting infrastructure under strict confidentiality.
Your creative assets — event artwork, brand designs, spot UV layouts — remain confidential. We do not use, display, or share your designs outside of order production. Law enforcement receives data only when legally compelled.
We share what's needed to answer your question with the AI providers that power our support assistant, and with our chat platform. Your Design Files
Artwork files, including spot UV mask layers, are stored on encrypted servers. Files are retained for 90 days after order completion for convenient reordering, then automatically purged. Request earlier deletion by contacting support — confirmed within 2 business days.
Cookies
Essential cookies maintain your session and shopping cart. Analytics cookies help us understand site usage patterns. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will affect ordering functionality.
Security
All data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Payment processing is PCI DSS compliant. Access to customer data and design files is restricted to authorized production and support personnel. We audit our security practices regularly and update them as standards evolve.

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information. Unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Update account details through your dashboard. Data requests should be sent to support@uvcoatedclubflyers.com — we respond within 30 days.
California Residents (CCPA)

Our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 13.
