When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses. Payment card information is processed by our secure payment provider — we do not store card numbers.

We collect the design files you upload, including spot UV mask layers. These files may contain proprietary brand assets and are treated with strict confidentiality. We also collect your order history and product preferences. Our website collects standard technical data through cookies: IP address, browser type, pages viewed.

How We Use Your Information

To produce and deliver your UV coated prints. Your files are used exclusively for order production. Contact information powers proof approvals, order confirmations, and shipping notifications.

We use data to improve our services, handle support requests, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Marketing emails are opt-in only. Each includes an unsubscribe link.

Your Design Files

Artwork files, including spot UV mask layers, are stored on encrypted servers. Files are retained for 90 days after order completion for convenient reordering, then automatically purged. Request earlier deletion by contacting support — confirmed within 2 business days.
