Our Quality Promise
UV Coated Club Flyers exists because finish matters. The gloss, the tactile quality, the way light catches a spot UV element — these details define our product. When you order from us, you expect that level of quality. We expect it from ourselves.
Every order goes through multi-point inspection: print quality, color accuracy, coating coverage, and finish uniformity. If something slips through and your order does not meet our standard, we will reprint it or refund it. The promise is simple because quality should not require fine print.
What Is Covered
Our guarantee covers print quality issues — smudging, streaking, banding, or misalignment in the base print. It covers UV coating defects — uneven coating, bubbling, peeling, clouding, or areas where the coating failed to adhere. For spot UV orders, it covers misalignment between the UV mask and the printed design.
Material errors are covered: wrong paper stock, wrong coating type applied, or wrong finish. Quantity shortages and shipping damage are covered. Significant color deviation from your approved proof is covered when the shift exceeds standard offset tolerances.
What Is Not Covered
Artwork errors that passed through proof approval are not production defects. If you approved a proof with incorrect text, a misplaced logo, or a low-resolution image, the printed result will reflect those same issues. We print what you approve.
Minor color variation between your monitor and the printed piece is inherent to the offset process. UV coating can intensify colors slightly — this is a characteristic of the finish, not a defect. Orders reported after 30 days from delivery and change-of-mind requests after production are not eligible.
How to Report an Issue
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs. For UV coating defects, photographs taken under good lighting at an angle that shows the coating issue are most helpful.
Our team reviews claims within 1 to 2 business days. For shipping damage, report within 48 hours and retain the original packaging.
Resolution
Approved claims are resolved according to your preference. Reprints receive priority production — UV coated replacements ship within 5 to 6 business days with free shipping. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. Store credit is applied immediately.
For spot UV orders, reprints are carefully inspected for mask alignment before shipping. We understand that the precision of spot UV is the reason you chose this product, and the replacement must meet that standard.
Proof Review for UV Projects
Your digital proof shows the print design. For spot UV orders, the proof also indicates which elements will receive the UV treatment. Review both carefully. Once approved, the UV mask is generated from your proof — any misalignment in the mask file will result in misaligned spot UV on the final product.
We review spot UV files for technical compatibility (resolution, layer separation, mask dimensions). The creative intent — which elements get the UV treatment — is your decision and your responsibility. Take the time to confirm the proof is exactly what you want.
