Delivering Quality, Intact
UV coated prints demand careful handling. The high-gloss finish that makes your flyers stand out can show scuffs if packaging is careless. We pack every UV coated order with that in mind — tissue interleaves between stacks, shrink-wrapped bundles, and rigid corrugated boxes that keep your prints pristine from our production floor to your hands.
Shipping is priced at checkout from your address and the weight of your order. You see every service and its price before you pay.
Turnaround for UV Coated Prints
UV coating adds a step to the production process. After printing, your materials go through the UV coating line — either flood UV across the entire surface or spot UV applied to specific design elements.
You choose your turnaround on each product page. The turnaround options for that product, and the price of each, are listed there before you add it to your cart. Shipping time is separate from turnaround and depends on the service you pick at checkout.
Production begins only after you approve your digital proof. Prompt approval keeps your order moving.
Shipping Options
At checkout you enter your address and we quote the carrier services available to it, each with its live rate. Ground is the most economical choice. Faster services cost more and are listed with their prices so you can weigh time against cost.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is not offered. Every order ships to the address you enter at checkout.
Packaging for Premium Finishes
Standard flyers can handle a bit of jostling. UV coated prints need more attention. We use tissue interleaves between stacks to prevent surface-to-surface contact. Bundles are shrink-wrapped and placed in rigid boxes with padding. For spot UV orders with intricate raised patterns, we add additional protective layers.
Packaging is included — no surcharges for the extra care UV coated materials require. If your order ships in multiple boxes, each box is individually protected.
Tracking and Delivery
Every shipment includes a tracking number sent to your email upon carrier pickup. Track through your account dashboard or directly on the carrier's website.
If your package shows delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us within 48 hours. For packages that arrive with visible external damage, photograph the box before opening — this helps with carrier claims. If the prints inside are damaged, we replace the order at no cost.
