Details That Shape Your Quote
Premium printing depends on specifics. The more detail you provide, the more precisely we can price your order:
Product type — flyers, postcards, business cards, invitations, or promotional pieces. Quantity — your target run, or multiple quantities for tier comparison. Paper stock — 14pt or 16pt C2S card stock, specialty substrates, or a stock you want us to source. Coating — flood UV (full surface gloss), spot UV (selective gloss on specific elements), matte lamination with spot UV contrast, or soft-touch lamination. UV coverage — if requesting spot UV, whether you have a mask file prepared or need guidance on creating one. Size — standard or custom dimensions, including any scoring or folding requirements. Turnaround — standard, rush, or a date-specific deadline.
For spot UV orders, attaching your design file and mask file together allows us to assess registration complexity and provide the most accurate pricing. If you do not have a mask file yet, our prepress team can advise on best practices during the quoting process.

Your quote includes per-unit pricing, total cost, a breakdown of any coating or finishing surcharges, and a production timeline. For spot UV orders, we note any mask file adjustments that may be needed and include that guidance in the quote response.
Quote revisions are complimentary. Adjustments to quantity, coating type, paper stock, or turnaround generate a revised quote at no charge. We want the specifications right before production begins, because premium output depends on getting the details right from the start.
